Our condo resides within the Daytona Beach Resort building that sits directly on Daytona Beach. The resort offers a wide range of amenities. 3 outdoor pools with splash pad, indoor pool and hot tub (*pools and hot tub are closed due to hurricane), sauna, gym, events room and more . This condo is located directly on Daytona Beach with beach access, but is on the bay side. There is free parking on premises, on the side lot. Our condo is in walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants. Our condo features one king size bed and one full size pull-out sofa. There is a table and chairs, television, kitchenette and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a full size refridgerator with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, and two-burner stove. Utensils, dishes, glasses, pots & pans are all provided for your stay. Visit the nearby boardwalk and pier for a variety of restaurants and pier fishing. At this time, we only have availability for October, November, December and the first two weeks of January. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Landlord pays water, electric and internet. Renter is responsible for trash. We do work with a housekeeper so if towels and sheets need to be cleaned we can provide their contact information to arrange. Security deposit and First month of rent is due upon signing the lease. Parking is free and available on premises, located on the lot beside the resort building. A parking pass will be provided. If the parking pass is lost, a $50 charge will be incurred. Please note: The building did incur some damage due to the recent hurricane and has closed specific areas until the repairs are complete. These areas include the 3 outdoor pools, indoor pool, restaurant and parking garage. Surface parking only, either in front of the resort or the parking lot directly south of the building. Price is reduced during these times.
