Our roomy Studio apartment has a bedroom space with a very comfortable California King sized bed, lovely soft linens and an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a kitchenette, perfect for preparing anything from a can of soup to a romantic meal for two. Everything from wine glasses to spatulas will be found for your use. There is a small seating area where you can enjoy watching the flatscreen TV or using the free Wifi. Spend your days on the sandy beach or swimming in one of the two outdoor pools as well as a heated indoor pool and hot tub. There is a poolside Tiki bar offering adult beverages of any kind and a tasty menu for your convenience. You'll find lots to do in Daytona, so come relax and enjoy! Lease terms are as follows: No pets allowed. No smoking any where in the building, no loud parties. There will be a one time cleaning fee. If you would like the unit cleaned any more than the one time, there will be extra charges. There will be a one time service fee to cover incidentals. Length of rental is one month. Anything more can be discussed with owner. Please respect our home. It's very precious to us!
