Close to restaurants, hiking trails, The Lodge has two tennis courts, two outdoor hot tubs, a pool, shuttle service to the ski base, although you're so close you can easily throw your skis over your shoulder and walk over to the gondola. Ride the free bus to town or walk right from the Lodge to Steamboat's pretty bike/walking path along the river. Private, covered deck is a nice place to enjoy a quiet summer morning breakfast, read a book, or invite friends to come by for drinks and dinner. Be in the moment in a wonderful place. This is a good value that will appreciate over the long term.
