I am selling the home at a cheap price because it is being sold as is. The home is not in bad shape. It has air and heat, a fire place but there are a lot of cosmetic issues that need to spruce home up. Like porch need repair, stove and microwave went out on me, the small shed in back is weathering and the well needs a new covering. The roof may need replacing soon. There is a lot of things that can be done to this house to really make it your home, it has so much potential and there is land to be able to add on things, there is a great back yard to potentially even have your own garden if you into that kind of things. I really would like to stay in home, but it needs loving care I can't give it and it has upstairs and now I have back issues that make stairs very hard for me to climb. Also there are two whole baths, that may want to update, I think the master bedroom is awesome, just need updated shower and toilet if you want. Like I said this home has a lot of amenities you will have to see to appreciate it. I can send pictures of interior and exterior if you need. Please do not just show up unless call first because I do have no trespassing signs. There are two walk in closet in master bathroom as well as closet in the bedroom itself. Please do not try to talk me down at a lower price as the price I am asking is firm, I thought about doing updates myself and selling more, but with my health concerns I want to sell and move as soon as possible, but I have a lot of items I will have to remove from property but if you want anything that I have, I maybe willing to leave at house as I can't really move a lot of things.
