3months ago,I converted my dog 's training room into a studio apt., New flooring, walls, 3in1 kitchen, multi split h/c, appliances, etc. I would like to rent to dog people short or long term. Pets have use of one dog run, enclosed porch area and 100"by100" field to romp in. Close to area hospitals,sports arenas, VA,Kafb,UNM, there are bike & hiking trails nearby. I live in the house also and have several well behaved dogs. owner pays all utilities. Smoking and substance use not allowed. Last month's rent &deposit due at signing of lease. One well behaved pet allowed in designated areas.Trash bagged placed in designated container. Monthly inspection will be performed. Studio apt must be kept clean and orderly.Must pass back ground check. one month's notice required leases times set by owner and tenant.month to month no ending. Late payment $25 per day. No guests after 11pm.
