We are looking for a nice family to rent this home, which is fully furnished and stocked with all of the amenities (linens, kitchenware, etc). It has four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The huge backyard has a gorgeous pool and waterfall, a hot tub (both with an awesome heater), a large grassy area, a grill and tons of outdoor dining/entertaining space. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighbors are all AMAZING. It's the type of neighborhood where good people move in and never want to leave. The house is fully furnished, along with linens and kitchenware. Flat screen TVs in both the family room and master bedroom. All major appliances, including the best washer and dryer on the market. There is everything you need to move right in. NOTE: at this time, we will not rent it unfurnished. We will accept one large dog or two small dogs (under 30 lbs) with approval and pet fee. No cats allowed. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed indoors. Pool service, lawn service, water (up to a $120/month cap), HOA, sewer, and trash is included in the price. A 9-12 month lease is preferable, however a shorter-term lease may be available at a higher rate. NOTE: Our photographer was rushing and forgot to photograph the fourth bedroom.
