    A property inspector commented, 'You know you have put a 150K new home in an 85K shell'. This unit has been fully redone throughout, down to the studs in critical areas. The plumbing has been completely replumbed as well as the unit above (pipe is cheap and you don't want leaks above you, at no cost to the upstairs owner). Kitchen cabinets, kitchen and both bath countertops are all new as is the backsplash with acrylic edging. The kitchen sink has detachable selectable pull down spray along with a soap dispenser. There is a buffered water valve for the refrigerator for ice or indoor water. Both master and 2nd bath feature all new plumbing down to the drains with detachable sprays. Both the 2nd bath and the middle bedroom have 34" doors for wheelchair compatibility. The master hardwood vanity has Formica lined drawers for easy cleaning and maintenance. All the under sink plumbing has been carefully routed to achieve maximum space for a clean look and easy storage. There is lots of storage space in the large closets as well as in the water heater closet and entrance closet. There is a hose bib right outside the entrance to make washing your car in your reserved parking space right in front of the unit. The interior is fully tiled. New Roof 12/30/2020 and building exterior painted 2/2021. The location has the lowest crime rate in Orange County (Trulia, confirmed with OCSO) and it is close and convenient to downtown, the parks and Millenia Mall. When they complete the 4 lane connector from Holden to Millenia Blvd. later this year you will be 3 blocks from Millenia Mall. You are minutes from I-4 in either direction and 15 minutes to the airport down Holden and Orange Ave. There is a large pool, tennis courts and access to Lake Catherine Water, HOA fees, trash and sewer are included in the rent. There is a mandatory background check and interview. The background check fees will be rebated to the resident after the end of the one year lease without problems. The resident will be responsible for electric & internet if desired. It is non smoking. Small pets have to be 40 lbs. or less.
