Biddle Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, subject to the payment of annual rent of $38.00 payable half-yearly on the 1st days of January and July in each and every year; (ii) fee simple interest in 1012 N. TERMS OF SALE: The Substitute Trustees will offer each Property for sale individually at each, respective premises at the times set forth above. A deposit in the amount of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), payable in cash, certified check, or other form acceptable to the Substitute Trustees, in their sole and absolute discretion, will be required of the purchaser(s) of each Property at the time and place of sale.
