If changes or renovations are made, the tent will be held financially responsible for all repairs to return the property to its original state. The tent will be held financially responsible for any damages and lost/stolen property that occurred during their stay. All deductions will come from the security deposit. If damages or fees exceed the amount of the security deposit the tenant will be held financially responsible in covering the amount exceeded.
