In total, there will be 3 of us living on the premises. Myself and two tenants. The tenants will have their own private bedrooms feature queen beds with premium bedding, dresser, nightstand, smart Hue lighting, Fire TV, Echo Dot, and Philips secure smart locks. Tenants share a well-organized bathroom with assigned storage, plus access to kitchen, laundry, and common areas. All utilities (water, maid service, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, trash) are included, with driveway and street parking available. Smart Home Features: The house is equipped with Wi-Fi light and fan switches, Philips Smart locks on the front and back door along with security cameras on the doorbell and garage keypad. Pool/Hot Tub: the pool has a waterfall, bubblers, a spillway, a tanning ledge, two large umbrellas, color changing lights and can be heated. There's also a natural gas fire pit, barbecue pit and a pergola. NOTE: Heating the pool/hot tub is not included in the covered Utilities and does have a very reasonable hourly rate The home balances privacy with a friendly, community feel occasional shared meals and helping each other out are welcome, while everyone is expected to keep shared spaces clean and respectful. Community Style Living I value a friendly, supportive home environment. Things like looking out for each other, helping if someone is running late, or even doing a family-style dinner once in a while are welcome and encouraged. At the same time, everyone is expected to pitch in with basic household responsibilities such as rinsing dishes after use, wiping counters, and taking out the trash when it's full. This keeps the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone. House rules: no smoking
