You can switch out any furniture with your own. -You'll be sharing common areas such as the bathrooms, kitchen, patio, etc. Basic cleaning service to common areas done once a week. -Free washer/dryer use, fiber WiFi, secured gated parking in the back for addition $25/mo. Whole property is gated with outside cameras. -1 cat or small pet okay, NO DOGs or loud animal. -background check required.
