This is a ROOM for rent in a shared house, intended for one person, no pets. $500 monthly on a 6 month lease, $500 security deposit required upon move in, shared bills amongst everyone in the house. Currently myself, my girlfriend, and our other roommate live here. We are very easy to live with we just ask that cleanliness and roommate etiquette not be a problem. We are looking for someone relatively close to us in age, (mid 20's) but it is not a requirement. Our main concern is someone who is able to pay rent and bills on time no issue.
