This home is located just off of 10 Mile, between McMillan and Ustick, quick access to the freeway (approx 5-10 min drive) I have 4 bedrooms available for rent at $700 per room (discount offered if you want more than 1 room). I occupy the master bedroom/bathroom, I am also almost always onsite as I work from home. There is 1 bathroom per 2 bedrooms, I have a washer/dryer as well as a fully fenced large back yard and a hot tub with a privacy canopy. There are 2 spaces in the garage for parking/storage (first come/first serve) The neighborhood (Bellano Creek) has a community pool. All utilities are included in the monthly rental price (including high speed internet and DirecTV). First months rent + deposit (equal to 1 month rent) is due at the time of moving in (deposit is fully refundable upon moving out per conditions of the rental contract). There is a large common living/dining area and a separate office as well for use as needed. This is a non smoking/non drug use home, alcohol is fine. Please be prepared to clean up after yourself and respect the space of others living in the home, any/all pets are welcome, as long as you clean up after them. Anyone is welcome (singles/families), please be prepared to provide rental references. Owner will cover all utilities (including high speed internet and DirecTV), on street parking as well as 2 garage spaces available (first come/first serve). No smoking/no drug use - alcohol is fine.
