Hello! We have a first floor, private room available on for $850/mo, all utilities included. The lease is September 1, 2026 - May, 31 2026 with the option to extend month-to-month. The space is great for working from home or resting in between adventures (located off Oak St. by Rose Park, 10min drive to campus or downtown). The kitchen space is shared and the backyard is a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. :). Our preference is mature & clean students or working professionals who are friendly and communicative, and kind. A little bit about us: three mid-20s year olds who work full time or full time students- and enjoy lots of outdoor activities, full lives, and having a restful home to return to. We tend to keep to ourselves but enjoy each other's company as well. We each do our part to help out around the house and do our best to be open and communicative. About the house: The house is newer and functions well. Rent is $850, including utilities. The property has a garage space and a fenced backyard with a hammock stand and small patio.We have storage racks in the garage. The vibe overall is quiet, clean, respectful and chill.
