Please no pet (dog or cat) since the chew on doors and trims and left animal odor in the house and extremely hard to get rid off . The house got totally upgraded. Owner will fix all wear and tear. Tenant will maintain property in best condition, especially change AC filter every 2 months to stay in good health and better condition of the AC system. Tenant will have a choice of maintaining of the front and back lawn or owner can maintain it with up charge from monthly rent to maintain: This will include trimming and mowing year round this include all bushes.. Rent is $2200 per month with 1 month rent deposit. Please no pet. Lease duration at least 1 year. With one month rent deposit. Rent will be due on the 1st of the month. At the time of moved out, please notified owner at least 60 days and fix everything to the house at the time of moved in. Tenant will be responsible for fixing all things that are/is broken due to intention, but owner will fix everything that is wear and tear. If AC broken due to tenant not replacing filter, tenant will be responsible for the repair cost (very expensive).
