    Great house with fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood close to 2 schools and a great walk to Bon Center. Near Nancy Lewis Park and easy access to Hwy 25. Dogs and cats are okay. There is a "middle room" that has a cat door to it and the back storm door has a dog door to the yard. Tenants responsible for keeping a very low maintenance yard clean of leaves and debris. No water landscaping and no landscaping in the back yard. If you like gardening you are welcome to. Parking for one car under covered parking and space for one more on the street in front of the house. There is a garbage disposal, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave/oven combo and dishwasher. Tenant responsible for all utilities - gas, water, electric and garbage. No cigarette smoking inside the house please. Tenants are responsible for utilities. The average bill for gas, water and electric is about 160$ to 220$ a month depending on your usage. We keep the temp at 68 degrees and are two people. Garbage is about 46$ a month for recycle can and garbage can. Lease will state that if garbage disposal is broken due to the wrong items down it such as coffee grounds, artichoke leaves etc, you will be responsible for repair/replacing it. The house is all original hardwood floors. Any damage to the wood, walls, fence and paint from your furbaby will need to be fixed correctly or repair costs will be paid by you. There is very little yard maintenance other than pulling a few weeds in the front and back. The sprinkler system is not functional for watering yards. Lease is based on the year and will start on the day you move in and will be up for renewal on the same date the following year. You must have proof of renters insurance to qualify.
