There is also a washer-dryer on board to make your life easy :) Step out of the bedroom and on to the top deck for incredible views of Gasworks park, and spac for hosting a barbeque with a few friends. The action on the lake is fun to be around, including duck doge on Tuesday nights, Queen Anne's revenge on the daily, and lots of other friendly neighborhood passersby. Seaweed is docked at Rainier marina, which offers other amenities including laundry, facilities, bike storage, and on-site (off-street) free parking. The marina is accessed via a security gate with gate code from Westlake Ave (just before the Fremont bridge). Prime location for walking into Fremont! Seaweed is moored in at a private dock shared with one other houseboat. Monthly Rent: $4,500 (Moorage and ALL utilities included). Refundable Security Deposit: $4,500 Pets are allowed with additional security deposit ($1125) Move-in Total: $9000 (1st Month's Rent + Security Deposit). Rent includes moorage fees, and water. Minimum gross household income equal to 3x monthly rent ($13,500/month or $162,000/year). Minimum credit score of 720 required. Lease is for 6-12mo.
