Our location is great with plenty of easy parking. The studio is SANITIZED, CLEAN and comfortable with a great king size bed. 42" TV with multiple inputs, we have cable TV and STRONG CABLE internet(300mps). It has a nice kitchenette with convection hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. We are open to upsizing the fridge and hot plate for a 2-3+ month stay. The bathroom is clean and beautiful. Lots of storage in the vanity, good mirrors(one full length) and our guests rave about our "power shower head". We are open to cats and dogs but we need to meet them with our dog prior for final approval. Non smoker, no parties. We usually rent this studio as a short term rental but are interested in one month or longer rentals. We provide all the utilities in your rent amount.
