This house was built in 1940, it was originally located in the town of Quanah, and was relocated to the current location in the 1950's, by the previous owner. Every room except the 1/2 bath has been repainted since we bought the house in 2018. All the carpet in the house has been replaced within the same time frame. The deck on the north side of the house was rebuilt in 2019. The central heating and cooling unit was replaced in 2018. The property is 5 acres with a 60'x40' barn located behind the house. The barn is on a concrete slab with 1 walk through door, a large set of double sliding doors, and a window, all facing the house (West). The barn has lights, as well as 110 and 220 access. There is a water well on the back edge of the property, but it has not been touched since we moved in (2018). The acreage behind the house was fenced in in 2018, with red metal gates in 3 corners. There is a small out building near the house, with a 1/2 bath, an office space, and a storage area. The small building is divided into 2 sections. The office space being insulated, and the storage area is not.
