It has a separate HVAC system so you can adjust the temperature to your preference. It also has a separate washer/dryer unit located directly across the basement door entrance in the finished basement closet. The basement has been sound-proofed to prevent noise from upstairs. Directly above the basement is an office, and we live in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhome. The only part we will share is the front foyer entrance. From the front foyer you will go down two flights of stairs to the private basement studio lock-off. We have vehicles on premise for daily rental if you don't plan on having a car!
