This home was beautiful in her time. The 4 stall horse barn is still functional. Some of the pasture fencing appears to be in tact. There's an orchard and a chicken coop on the property. Access to crawl is under the stove. Some of the original woodwork is still beautiful. I would recommend pants and boots. There are trees, shrubs and thistles everywhere. Please sign waiver before entering property. No front door so no lockbox. Seller would still like to know when someone is out there, so please set up as a courtesy. No guarantees for the septic and well. Septic is on west side of house out toward the pasture. Roof has 2 layers of shingles that was put on 10 years ago. House sold as is - where is. No clean out will be done.
