New central AC and Heater installed with UV sanitizing light in plenum. This area has been a blessing to live in with our children, some of the neighbors are more like family, one couple is like grandparents to our middle girl. This is a beautiful area to live in, and our back yard has no homes behind it and a beautiful view. We have done a great many improvements to this home, you can always do more to any home, but it is probably the best built home that I have owned, from top to bottom and the electrical was done right on this home. I do not see many 3 bed 3 full bath homes. more pictures will be added in days to come. Back yard has temporary fence, we had not decided which way to go with it, but will either install one that the buyer would like or take price of fence off sale price ( within reason ).

    We love the neighborhood and the neighbors, very good people, also that our back yard has no homes behind it, and a beautiful view with lush green grass and trees.
