Easy walk to the river trail, 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski area, and 5 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, plus a third bedroom which is set up as an office and/or extended closet, with custom built storage. One newly renovated bathroom has a shower and is en-suite. The other full bath with tub/shower is in the hall adjacent to the other bedrooms. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large bar seating area, dining area, living room and separate den. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room, and the fully fenced backyard includes a cement patio and grassy area. Driveway parking for two vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 3. A dog will be considered on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats, no smokers. References required. Employment and background check may be required. The house is currently furnished as you see in the photos. Please note there is only one queen size bed which could be in either bedroom. We can discuss options for a second bed if need be. Lease term is flexible. $2500 per month plus utilities. Water/sewer/trash is included. Tenant is responsible for cost of gas, electric, and internet, based on actual usage. Snow removal is required should there be any, and sidewalks must be kept clear per city rules. Yard maintenance also required. Mower provided. We don't accept applications without first communicating. Tenant pays for gas, electricity, and any internet or cable fees. Tenants are required to do yard maintenance. A mower is provided. If we agree to accept a dog, a pet addendum to the lease will be required.
