Hi all! I'm subleasing my move in-ready, fully furnished large private room with shared bathrooms in a 4-bed, 2-bath apartment available from start of January 2026 till July 2026 when the lease ends. Primarily looking for males (females okay for short term about a month or so) who are quiet, neat & don't invite guests frequently. Must also be okay not bringing any meat or fish in the home. (house rules :P ) Features include: - Fully Furnished Room (Bed + mattress, Large & Spacious Table, chair, fan) [monitor and PS5 not included xD] - Dedicated closet space - A fully equipped kitchen - Central heating - Wi-Fi - Ample storage for utensils and groceries Location Highlights: - 5 minutes to R train station - Lots of lively commercial stores, 15 min to Costco - 7 minute walk to Indian Grocery Store (for those who are interested :P) - 5 minutes to banks, BPL library, Seaside Bush-terminal park (with an amazing view) - 25 min to NYU Tandon, 40 min to Washington Square Park - Safe Neighborhood If you're interested or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks! 1. Lease term The flat is available from January 2026 through July 2026 (exact dates can be confirmed when we talk). 2. Utilities Gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi are paid separately each month by the renter. Heating costs are included in the gas bill; water and trash are included. 3. Security deposit & damages Any damages beyond normal wear and tear during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. 4. Smoking policy No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the unit or in the common areas. 5. Pet policy Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the unit :( 6. Parking No dedicated parking spot is included; street parking in the area is typically available but not guaranteed. 7. House rules & cleanliness House rules must be followed at all times: a) Strictly no meat or fish in the house b) All roommates must participate in common-area chores (cleaning shared spaces and your shared bathroom, taking out trash, etc.) 8. Guests & quiet hours No parties or large gatherings; no more than 4 guests at a time. Quiet hours after 10 pm, unless otherwise agreed with all roommates.
