We are a pet friendly community and offer 12 month leases. Freeville Cottages can offer quiet comfort while also providing an inviting community atmosphere. Potential renters must fill out an application with a soft credit check. There is a $45 application fee. At lease signing, a security deposit equivalent to one month rent is due. First month's rent is due 7 days before the lease begins. Tenants are responsible for gas(heat), electricity, and wifi.
