Unit has lots of storage, a large deck and a nice backyard. Perfect for a couple or a single parent with a yaung child but will work for others. There is shared laundry in the basement and off street parking for two cars or one larger vehicle. $2,000 per month plus utilities. No smoking, will consider small dogs or a cat. Tenant at will but I'm looking for a longer term tenant just don't want to force anyone to be there if they don't want to. First last and security required. Tenants are expected to do their own snow shoveling. This can be negotiated if it's a problem.
