Our home has severed us for many years now but we are relocating and unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye. There are a few minor repairs that are needed but nothing major as I have taken care of the biggest things. *New Roof in November 2021 *New Hot Water Tank and Bladder Tank 2021 *Septic Pumped April 2022 Comes with two out buildings one has a wood stove but needs some TLC as it was my stepdad’s building and due to a stroke he couldn’t use it any longer. All major appliances will come including washer and dryer.
