Fair or Better credit: we look at history of positives vs. negatives, scores of 630+ are preferred but not required. Good rental history and no evictions. LEASE TERMS: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping. Lease term is 1 year, followed by month-to-month. Security deposit of 1 month's rent (on approved credit) is due within 24 hours of qualifying. First month's rent is due at move-in. Lease must start within 2 weeks of approval. Pets are considered: +$50/mo for each pet, up to 3 pets--no additional pet deposit required. Included: Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Central A/C. The house has a laundry room with Washer/Dryer hookups. APPLYING: Please schedule an appointment before submitting an application. Applications will be provided by request after the appointment. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application, photo ID, and income documentation (3 most recent paystubs, employer/benefit letters, and/or tax returns). Undocumented income cannot be counted.
