For the added security of our residents, we have installed security gates at the front & back that require a key to enter - no more flyers, unwanted solicitors or even unwanted guests. We will also be installing a security camera system this summer, with remote access, for added security and peace of mind for our residents. We have also put security gates at the back parking lot, which are locked at night. We have had NO vehicle BREAK-INs or vandalism since. We have a very close community here, with most tenants here 4+ years. Many of the tenants have become friends and there is often BBQs & bonfire parties in the summer. We are a privately owned building with owner's personal involvement in management. NOTE: *We do not rent to anyone that has any previous evictions in past 10 years. Owner pays Water / Sewer / Garbage
