Now that I got you to look, I have a tenant moving out and have been a total slacker trying to get the apartment rented. But I'm now in "apartment-renting" mode and I want to get this one leased! Here's the scoop:- Sunny 3 bedroom / 1 bath apartment on the 1st floor (lugging groceries up 2-3 flights of stairs sucks) with bonus room that could be used as an office or workout room.- FREE HEAT! Don't get stuck with this cost at another apartment. It could cost over $300/month in the winter, which could buy a lot of hot chocolate or Cap'n Crunch cereal each winter month.- FREE IN-UNIT STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER (so no more trips to the laundromat or a nasty spider-filled basement to wash your clothes. Eeek! I hate spiders.) - Decent kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. No granite or stainless, but the appliances are relatively new and clean.- The bedrooms are all large and can easily fit queen beds. - Separate dining room and monstrous 22' x 18' foot living room. These apartments gets tons of light during the depressing Chicago winters!- Dogs are OK, but no cats (I hate cats!)- 6-7 minute walk to the Brown Line or Lincoln Square.- Street parking is not bad.- Available on 9/1! My last 2 apartments were leased to the 1st people that saw them. I'm guessing that this apartment will be the same since it is in great condition, has snappy paint colors, and I'm a pretty cool landlord.Please call to schedule a showing!
