Absolutely perfect location! Schools are in walking distance and so are shops and restaurants at South Shore Center. Alameda has something to offer everyone across the generational spectrum, from schools, sports, community to senior activities and centers. It's has always been a very community oriented city. Schools: Otis Elementary 8/10 , Lincoln Middle 9/10 and Alameda High 10/10: Great Schools - Alameda. Topography: Alameda is nearly flat. It's terrific for nearly any activity. The path along the beach goes all the way to Ballena Bay and around Bay Farm Island. "Run, stroll or roll to everything that Alameda has to offer." Restaurants: Two of my favorites are located in South Shore Center: Sushi House and Trabocco Kitchen. Or walk a bit further up Park Street to Burma Superstar & Yellowtail, before going to the movies at the Alameda cineplex. Commute: 10 minute drive to Ferry Terminal on Bay Farm/Harbor Bay. Fruitvale BART station is 10 minutes away. Oakland Airport is 20 Mins away.
