We are looking for someone to take over our 3 month lease on a beautiful, one bedroom apartment in Five Points. The apartment comes fully furnished with bed, couch, tv, refrigerator, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and security camera/keyless entry feature. It's also comes with one parking spot. This would be a great option for someone new to the city who needs a temporary space. You can also sign a longer lease with the landlord (who is very helpful and accommodating). Please note that the bedroom does not have a door on it however the rooms are separate and certainly big enough for one couple (and a dog). There is a $300 deposit for a dog, $100 of that is non-refundable. You can move in as early as next week, the lease is up on January 9th.
