It is close to Erlanger, Parkridge, and Memorial Hospitals. It is a downstairs apartment with free parking. The laundry is shared but is so much better than going to the laundromat. It has a sloping fenced yard and is located on a slow one-way dead end street. The apartment is completely furnished and the utilities are included with WI-FI. You park right next to your front door. It has shared laundry with the guys upstairs. The living room and bathroom have concrete floors, while the kitchen and bathroom have snap wood flooring. There is an electric fireplace in the bedroom, along with a TV in the bedroom and living room. I do not do Section 8. The property will not be available until August 12th. Will consider lower than 660 credit score. Owner pays for all utilities and wi-fi. The lawn service is also included. It is a month to month lease with the deposit and 1st month's rent, and lease signed due before receiving the door code. This is not a section 8.
