Let's get straight to the point. If your on Zillow, your looking at houses for sale. Maybe your just browsing and maybe your serious about finding the right home for you and your family. Well guess what?? It just so happens that we are selling our home. Let's not beat around the bush with fancy realtor talk about how it's close to schools and is in a super quiet neighborhood on the south end of burley. Or the fact that there's tons of parking for all your cars and possibly your rv or travel trailer. Or the yard that's not to big and not to small so your not spending all your free time slaving on mowing the sprinklered lawn with mature trees and backyard with hot tub and fire pit. We haven't even gotten started on the house yet and your already thinking why am I still reading this description?? Here it is, the meat and potatoes, (cause after all this is idaho if you haven't noticed),and the potatoes can be a full course meal. This home is ready for whatever have to throw at it. And the other with a enclosed shower to get the sweat and grime off, both even have toilets that work. Down stairs there is a bathroom just for doing your business and washing your hands and face. Don't forget the galley kitchen with included appliances if you want to work a deal that way. Solid surface counters with flush mount sink are a good place to throw your dirty dishes after a good home cooked meal....potatoes?? Both upstairs and down have family rooms for gathering the crew to relax and watch a show or play games. And don't forget about storage. Do have food storage or camping gear or maybe you like to keep a stock of your favorite socks cause they don't sell them anymore from that big box store you have a membership to. The unfinished mechanical room has plenty of storage for whatever it is you hoard,and it also includes those appliances that no home is complete with out. The gas furnace and water heater with water softener to give your skin and dishes that extra sparkle you've been craving. Also when we bought this home 8 1/2 years ago we were told that it had five bedrooms. Well unless your a hobbit or like sleeping under the stairs like mr potter, we use this awesome space as a craft room.
