Easy to get to Ocean Shores or Seabrooks or anywhere in between. Utilities extra. Currently furnished. If you wish to bring your own furniture, we can talk. The main house in the front is on short term rental. Laundry area is shared and included in your rent (so no more laundry mat!) Plenty of parking 6 months or 12 months terms. Long term tenants preferred.
