OPEN HOUSE: Saturday 5/30/2026 from 12-3pm Sunday 5/31/2026 from 1-4 RENT: $2650.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2600.00 UTILITIES: Landlord pays trash service and front yard gardener. Tenant responsible for backyard maintenance. Tenant pays for internet, Edison, Gas, Water. Section 8: We accept section 8 applications for a 3-bdrm voucher for Antelope Valley. 1. Two years of Rental History should be verifiable from unbiased sources. If you're related by blood or marriage to one of the previous landlords listed, or your rental history does not include at least two previous landlords, your application may be decline 8. You will be denied if you have a conviction for any type of crime that would be considered a threat to real property or the ability of other residents to peacefully enjoy the premises. 9. We will accept the first qualified applicant. 10. One medium size pet allowed.
