I signed another year lease for Metro Park East about a few months ago but now have to move out of state so I'm looking for someone to take my lease. The apartments are beautiful and only one year old . All utilities are included including free Wi-Fi and cable . Washer and dryer in unit. Stainless steal appliances, private bathroom. My room has big windows in it with view of Minneapolis skyline. 24/7 fitness center , tanning bed , courtyard. Its also a furnished apartment with really nice furniture. There are dogs allowed just not in my apartment but they can give you a different apartment if you do have a dog. There is a giant parking lot next to our apartment that is free parking which is a huge plus. An also we are a block away from the transit. And also since I renewed my lease moths ago I got the original price of 699 and now I believe they are 800 .
