You will have your own private room, with a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the common areas are down stairs. Washer and dryer are provided, Fiber internet is provided and all bills are paid! You'll also have a dedicated parking spot! Also I like to keep the house comfortable, as in cool. The room is all bills paid. No smoking of anything is allowed. Dogs are allowed, but there will be an additional pet deposit. No cats. Lawn maintenance will be taken care of. Looking for someone who wants a 1 year lease preferably.
