There is ceiling heat and a wood stove plus an additional fireplace (one living room has a wood stove and the other has a fireplace). There is no a/c but units can be placed in the windows. Electric is through SUB and water is through Rainbow Water. This property is on septic, which means your water bill is much lower. Renter is responsible for water, electric, and garbage service. No smoking in the house. 6-month lease at signing. Tenant responsible for mowing lawn.
