Beautiful home, I am in the process of completely redoing all of the interior. All new everything, the furnace was just cleaned and maintenance, our side ac is new, new water heater, all appliances are like new. Water lines and sewer was redone in 2017, in process of fence and new porch. Will be available once completed. At the moment I’m just putting it out there so someone can have a head start on looking and see if this is the home for you. The reason we are selling is, my husband is about to go on to a new job in a whole new state.
