This does not include the improvements that have been made since construction. It does not include the landscaping, either. Where does Zillow get their figures? My last home appraisal two years ago was $280,000.00 in the downturned economy. I am having a new appraisal done and expect a further drop in price, but nothing as low as Zillow.
