The house is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and HVAC. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Two outside ring cameras are installed. Paid service responsibility of tenant. The backyard is fenced and a pet door is installed. With a non-refundable $300 pet deposit we will allow one small well trained/behaved pet. We will take on the financial responsibility for regular lawn maintenance and pest control. We are looking for responsible, cleanly and quiet non-smoking tenant(s) that must pass a credit and background check with Zillow. Prospective tenants will be required to pay for the credit and background check. The report will be available for use for 30 days.
