Private entertaining backyard with large deck and storage shed attached. Current renters wanted to bring in their own fridge so we removed the one that was in the kitchen. Sprinklers front and back, plus water feature in front yard. Fireplace is purely decorative. The initial lease term will actually start from the move-in date which could be as soon as 07/01/2026. First, Last and Deposit of $2100. No dogs, but 1 cat is OK. Applications will be processed with a $35 fee that is due prior to processing. Proof of Rental insurance will be required upon move in.
