Walking distance to Hyder park and Ernie Pyle library. There is a cozy, working fireplace and hardwood floors. Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, disposal and storage. My husband and I own the property and lived there while we were teaching at UNM. We like to maintain a friendly but non-invasive relationship with our tenants.
