You can let your dog use our private backyard area, or use one of the communal dog areas. No aggressive dog breeds allowed. FLEXIBLE. I am looking for a 12-month commitment but could be open to other terms for the right tenant. The owner pays for water and community trash pickup. The renter is responsible for electricity.
