Fully Furnished (Move-in Ready!): The unit will be furnished with the following items: - Bed frame and mattress - Couch with a chaise lounge - Coffee table - Dinning table / kitchen island - Entertainment center / TV stand (Note: The furniture currently shown in the photos and video does not reflect the exact pieces that will be in the unit when you move in. Also, if you prefer to bring your own furniture and not use what we provide, that is completely fine!) Outdoor Space: You will have access to a side yard right by your entrance. Location: Our house is in a fantastic spot in Draper. We are in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that gets no highway noise, but you are still just minutes away from quick I-15 access to make any commute shorter. Outdoors: Minutes from the incredible Corner Canyon trail system (great for hiking and mountain biking), Ghost Falls, and the paved Porter-Rockwell Trail. Recreation: Right down the road from Wheadon Farm Park (which has 9-12 awesome pickleball courts) and Dayland Dog Park for your furry friend! Convenience: Super close to Harmons Grocery and plenty of local restaurants. Background Check: A standard background and credit check is required as part of the application process. Utilities: All standard utilities (water, trash, gas, electric, internet) are completely covered in the $1,300 base rent! The unit stays comfortable year round with central heating and air conditioning (this is a central system shared with the rest of the house). Pets: We are pet-friendly! Allowed for an additional $50/month fee (cat) or $100/month fee (dog). Deposit: $800 deposit required upfront, which will be released upon termination of the lease (assuming no major damages). Parking: Dedicated off-street parking right beside the house is included. Optional: 1 dedicated garage parking spot is available for an additional $100/month. The Vibe: This is completely a separate unit, not a roommate situation! We totally respect your space and privacy and are completely fine if you want to keep entirely to yourself.
