Deposit is $400 and application fees are $35 per adult. 400 deposit may be more, depending on credit background. When you turn in your application, I will need the last 3 paycheck stubs from each adult in the unit as well a copy of DL from each adult as well. You must be able to prove you can make 3 times the monthly rent. We also do credit and criminal background checks. For the credit check, I only check to make sure you do not owe money to another property or property owner, there has not been any evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures on there. The criminal background must be clean or nothing on it for 7 years. No felonies either. I have pasted the link below for our application if you are interested. To apply: You will fill out the online application and email me your last 3 check stubs, unemployment does not count as income, and I will also need a copy of your DL. Once I have all of those, I will enter you into our system and then you will get an email with a link for you to set up your resident portal. From here you will pay your deposit and application fee. Once I get those fees paid, then I will run you and get you approved. From there, we will do your lease contract electronically. Once, approved and prior to moving in, we need proof that your utilities are on in your name and out of ours and the gas is on in your name as well. Your utilities are through the City of Giddings and the deposit is $200 with a $50 inspection fee for a total of $300. Your gas is through CenterPoint. Deposits vary on credit. Pet Policy as follows: Pet Restrictions are a 2-pet max with a $250 fee for cat and $250 fee per dog under 60 pounds. For dogs over 60 pounds, there is a $400 pet fee. We do offer payment plans depending on your lease term. We are breed restricted. No Akita's, no Pit Bulls a.k.a. American Stafford Shire Terriers, No terrier mixes, no German Shepherds, No Alaskan Malamutes, No Chows, No Doberman Pinchers, No Presa Canarias, No Rottweilers, No Wolf Breeds, and No Husky's. We also do not allow mix breeds with any of the above listed.
