I live upstairs, and we'll share the front door entry, basement laundry, and backyard (though you have direct access!) Some other stuff: Easy bus access at Perrysville and Kennedy Aves. Shared laundry in basement. Direct backyard access. Plenty of free street parking. I'm very flexible with the lease length, if you're looking for something temporary this could be a great space for you! $900 includes all utilities +$30 if you'd like to share the internet. Apartment comes unfurnished, although I do have a big table I'd love to move out of the garage back into the unit. Sorry, NO PETS, no acceptions. Happy to be flexible, lease can be month to month or yearly.
