Newly remodeled granny unit in a back of the family home. The bathroom has the European style toilet and faucets. Small kitchenette is very functional. In the bedroom we installed build ins for better utilization of space. A tenant needs to bring only a queen or double bed, and night stand to make it fully functional home. We sign a month-to month lease, but chose long term tenants. We are looking for a single person or a couple with a maximum of one car per the adult. All prospects must provide a credit report and have good rental references. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS, SMOKING OF ANY KIND, PARTIES AND LOUD MUSIC. No exceptions! Cleanses and neatness, composting, compression of garbage and recycling are also required.This unit has COMPLEMENTARY access to our cable and Internet. Tenants are not allowed to install their own satellite dish. The utilities (water/electricity/garbage) are included in the rent.but have limitations. If certain usage is exceeded, tenants will have to pay additional charges. No laundry for this unit on the premises!
