It will include: -shared living room and kitchen -separate bathroom -pool table (it is big so I cant exactly take it out easily) Washer/dryer -highspeed internet -utilities covered - I have a 3rd smaller room that i'm just using as storage right now. Either you can use it as storage, or I can clean it out and you can use it as another bedroom. -2 kitties, one loves to snuggle, one loves to snuggle in spirit. About 5 feet away. -you're freedom to do what you want as long as it's not damaging to the property. I'm a very easy going person. I work 45 hours a week in steamboat, so 5 days a week I will be gone roughly 9am-9pm. When I'm home I'll typically watch TV, play pool, or play video games. I dont have a lot of people visit, and we can talk about that in more detail too. If you have a partner, that's ok too. I'm just looking for someone who is kind, pays the bill, and can cohabitate with someone. 6 months-2 years. Negotiable after 2 years. Rent to own negotiable No smoking inside. 3 total parking spots. Lot requires grass mowed regularly. Any pets must be ok with 2 cats.
